What is the Media Center?

The Media Center is CAMD’s media field production gear fulfillment center. CAMD students, faculty, and staff are able to make online reservations using our online equipment rental platform, WebCheckout’s “Patron Portal”, for audio/visual production gear rentals to be checked out of the Media Center. In addition to providing equipment rentals, the Media Center provides a printing service, and can generate large format, museum-quality archival prints. Who can rent from the Media Center? 

Rentals from the Media Center are limited to CAMD students, faculty, staff, as well as any student who is taking a CAMD class in the current semester. If you are not currently taking a CAMD class, you will likely not be able to access the Patron Portal without filling out an “Access Request Form” for the current semester.
