Why is it telling me that my username/password is incorrect?

You could be typing it in wrong, but the more likely answer is that your WebCheckout account is not currently active because you are not currently taking a CAMD class.

If you are in the middle of the semester and you are taking a CAMD class, but you can’t sign in to WebCheckout, send us an email at camdmediactr@northeastern.edu.

Yes, you will need your Husky ID. If you do not have your Husky ID, we will need your “cbord” profile open on your phone.

3

Can someone else pick the equipment up for me?

Yes, but you will need to email the Media Center at camdmediactr@northeastern.edu with the name of the person who is picking up for you ahead of your pickup time. They will need to bring their Husky ID with them.

4

If I’m running late to pick up equipment, what should I do?

If you are late over 30 minutes, you should call or email the Media Center to make sure that it is not cancelled.

5

Can I pickup early?

You should expect that your equipment will not be ready for pickup until the time that you scheduled your pickup.

What is the process for picking up a reservation?

We require that everyone inspect their equipment before signing our terms and conditions. After you have inspected the equipment and have signed for it, you are free to leave with the equipment.

7

How do I inspect the equipment?

Our Media Center team members can help you by showing you what is included with your equipment, and we can offer you resources to aid in your equipment inspections. Please feel free to ask for help or resources for inspection.

Returning a Reservation

Where do I return the equipment?

All equipment returns are done at the Media Center, Room 236B on the 2nd floor of Ryder Hall. Expect that our team members will require you to stay while we inspect the equipment before accepting the return.

2

What is expected of me when returning the equipment?

It is expected that the equipment is returned in the same condition from when it was picked up. Untidy, disorganized, and unclean equipment returns will not be tolerated.

3

What happens if equipment is broken, damaged, missing, or lost?

Please alert the Media Center to this immediately by emailing or calling us. It is better to let us know ahead of time, but we will notice during the equipment inspection. Each situation will be handled differently, but we are understanding of mishaps.

4

Can I reserve the same equipment immediately after returning it?

Yes and No. You can reserve the same kind of equipment ahead of your return and pick it up at the same time as your return, but if you do not make the reservation ahead of the pickup time, it will take longer for your reservation to be ready.
