Read Before Creating a Reservation

Sign in to Patron Portal using your NUID credentials, including your Northeastern email and password.

During the Fall and Spring semesters, the earliest pickup and return time is 9:30 AM and the latest pickup and return time is 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 4 PM on Fridays.

Same-day reservations must be submitted before the cut-off time, which is 4 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 3 PM on Fridays. WebCheckout will not allow you to make reservations after that time.

When you pickup your equipment, you are agreeing to return the equipment at the date and time that you have chosen in your reservation. There are NO EXTENSIONS and NO RENEWALS.

The maximum reservation length is 2-business days.
All equipment pickups are done at the Media Center, Room 236B on the 2nd floor of Ryder Hall. Expect that your equipment will not be ready for pickup until the pickup time that you’ve selected. Reservations are subject to cancellation after 30 minutes of your pickup time if the equipment is not picked up before then.
